How to book an appointment?

a non refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.

Rescheduling / Cancellation / No Show policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance . By doing this in advance, your deposit can be used towards your next appointment.

A no show or last minute cancellation will result in losing your non refundable deposit. Additional deposit is required to secure any future appointments.

Late policy:

We understand life happens! Therefore, a 15 minute grace period is provided. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled depending on the artist’s schedule.

This policy helps ensure that the artist’s schedule runs smoothly and respects both the artist’s time and that of other clients.

Age Requirement:

Client must be at least 18 years old to receive a service. Unless a legal parent/ guardian gives consent.
